OSMRE Submits Information Collection Request for Surface Coal Mining Bonding and Insurance Requirements

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) has submitted a request for comments on its proposed information collection for surface coal mining and reclamation operations, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
