California Residents Seek Disclaimer of Interest in Lands Patented by State

A group of individuals, including Albert Sparks, Kenneth C. Knowles, Joan Kathleen Knowles, and the David L. Sullivan Living Trust, have submitted a request to the US government to issue a disclaimer of interest in lands patented by California, allowing for future use by the US.
