U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Reintroduce Black-footed Ferrets in Wyoming

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, in partnership with the State of Wyoming and other organizations, plans to reestablish black-footed ferret populations in Wyoming, classifying them as nonessential experimental populations under the Endangered Species Act, with the goal of promoting conservation and recovery of the species.
