U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Issues 30-Year Incidental Take Permit for Southern Edwards Plateau Habitat Conservation Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a final environmental impact statement and draft record of decision for the Southern Edwards Plateau Habitat Conservation Plan, which aims to minimize the impact on nine federally listed species in Central Texas.
