OSMRE Requests Approval to Continue Collecting Information on Reclamation Regulations

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) is seeking public comment on its proposed information collection to continue gathering data on reclamation regulations for private land, following approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in 1995.
