Eligibility of the Republic of Poland to Export Poultry Products to the United States

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is proposing to add the Republic of Poland to the list of countries eligible to export poultry products to the United States. Poland's poultry laws and inspection system have been deemed equivalent to the Poultry Products Inspection Act and the U.S. food safety system for poultry.
