US Amends Asian Longhorned Beetle Regulations to Relieve Movement Restrictions

The US Department of Agriculture is removing Celtis plants from the list of regulated articles due to their lack of host plant status for the Asian longhorned beetle, easing restrictions on the movement of these plants from quarantined areas.
