California Almond Board Proposes Increased Assessment Rate for Almonds Grown in California

The Almond Board of California is proposing to increase the assessment rate for almonds grown in California from $0.03 to $0.04 per pound, with 60% of the new rate available as credit-back for handlers who conduct their own promotional activities, from August 1, 2019, to July 31, 2019.
