Reauthorization of the United States Grain Standards Act

The USDA's Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) is revising existing regulations under the US Grain Standards Act to comply with 2015 amendments, eliminating mandatory barge weighing, revising fee structures, and imposing new requirements for delegated states.
