FSIS Allows Companies to Use FDA-Compliant Nutrition Facts Labels Until Final Rule is Published

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is permitting meat and poultry establishments to use the FDA-compliant Nutrition Facts label format until a final rule is published, as long as the information on the labels remains truthful and non-misleading.
