Rural Utilities Service Announces Grant and Loan Application Deadlines for FY 2017

The Rural Utilities Service is opening its Revolving Fund Program application window for Fiscal Year 2017, allowing qualified private and non-profit organizations to apply for grants to establish lending programs for eligible entities, including those in poverty-stricken areas and those lacking basic infrastructure.
