U.S. Department of Agriculture Amends National Forest System Land Management Planning Regulations

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is updating its regulations for the National Forest System Land Management Planning to clarify the Department's direction for plan amendments, building on the 2012 rule and incorporating changes from the 1982 rule.
