NASS Renews Confidentiality Pledge Revision Under 44 U.S.C. 3506(e) and 44 U.S.C. 3501

The National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) is renewing a three-year confidentiality pledge revision under the Federal Cybersecurity Enhancement Act of 2015, following an original approval by the Office of Management and Budget in 2016.
