DOE Submits Proposal for New Information Collection System
The Department of Energy has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget for a new information collection system, the Portfolio Analysis and Management System, which will leverage Government, Off-the-Shelf software capabilities to streamline agency functions.
