FERC Submits Mandatory Reliability Standard Training Information Collection for Review

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has submitted the Mandatory Reliability Standard PER-005-2 Operations Personnel Training information collection, FERC-725Y, to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, following a 2014 Federal Register notice and lack of public comments.
