Sempra LNG Marketing, LLC Seeks Blanket Authorization to Export LNG on a Short-Term Basis

Sempra LNG Marketing, LLC has submitted an application to the Office of Fossil Energy for a two-year blanket authorization to export up to 250 billion cubic feet of liquefied natural gas (LNG) on a short-term basis, starting from February 1, 2015, from the Cameron LNG Terminal in Louisiana to countries with the capacity to import LNG via ocean-going carrier. The application was filed under section 3 of the Natural Gas Act (NGA).
