IRS Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Form 8874-A for New Markets Credit

The US Department of the Treasury is requesting public feedback on proposed Form 8874-A, a document used for reporting qualified equity investments in New Markets Credit, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
