IRS Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Refinery Expense Election

The Internal Revenue Service is inviting public comments on a proposed rule to allow certain refineries to expense costs, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
