Federal Government to Adopt NACHA Operating Rules for Automated Clearing House Network

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service is updating its regulations to align with the latest changes to the NACHA Operating Rules, which govern the use of the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network by federal agencies, following updates made by NACHA--The Electronic Payments Association since 2013.
