National Marine Fisheries Service to Review Economic Impact of Regulations

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is required by the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA) to periodically review existing regulations that affect a substantial number of small entities, including small businesses and small governmental jurisdictions, and has outlined its plan for this review, which includes proposed regulations for examination during the current review cycle.
