FINRA Approves Rule Change for BrokerCheck Disclosure

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rule 8312, which requires broker-dealers to disclose certain information about their financial professionals on the FINRA BrokerCheck website.
