FINRA Approves Rule Change for Fixed Price Securities Offerings

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to adopt FINRA Rule 5141, which governs the sale of securities in fixed price offerings, to be included in the Consolidated FINRA Rulebook.
