BlackRock and affiliates seek exemption from certain provisions of the Act for employee investment vehicles

BlackRock and its affiliates have submitted a request to exempt certain investment vehicles formed for the benefit of eligible employees from certain provisions of the Act, allowing these vehicles to be classified as 'employees' securities companies'.
