EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for NOx Emissions from Biomass Boilers

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of revisions to the Placer County Air Pollution Control District portion of the California State Implementation Plan, which regulates oxides of nitrogen emissions from biomass boilers, as proposed in the Federal Register on November 9, 2012.
