Tetrachlorvinphos Pesticide Tolerances Amended to Permanent Levels

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has amended the existing tolerances for the insecticide tetrachlorvinphos to permanent levels, allowing for the continued use of this pesticide on multiple commodities, as mandated by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
