US Department of Education Corrects Waiver for Race to the Top-District Program

The US Secretary of Education is correcting an error in the final priorities, requirements, definitions, and selection criteria for the Race to the Top-District Program, published in the Federal Register on August 6, 2013, by waiving the 60-day time period for a major rule to become effective under the Congressional Review Act.
