NTSB Proposes Amendment to Air Safety Proceedings Rule

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is proposing a change to one of its rules governing emergency air safety cases, requiring the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to share certain information from its enforcement investigations with parties involved in emergency cases.
