OMB Issues Interim Final Appendix D to Circular A-123, Suspends Circular A-127

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has released an interim final version of a new appendix to Circular A-123, which outlines a framework for determining compliance with the Federal Financial Management Improvement Act of 1996, and supersedes Circular A-127, effectively suspending its application.
