Medicare, Medicaid, and CLIA Programs; Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 Exemption of Laboratories Licensed by the State of Washington

The State of Washington has granted a 6-year exemption to laboratories licensed under the Medical Test Site law from the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) requirements, allowing them to operate without CLIA certification.
