DoD Proposes Changes to Civil Liberties Program Case Management System

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is proposing to modify its Civil Liberties Program Case Management System, which tracks allegations of civil liberties violations, to comply with the updated Privacy Act of 1974 regulations.
