Office of the Secretary of Defense Proposes Changes to Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker Enterprise Suite Records

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is proposing to transfer the Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker Enterprise Suite (SPOT-ES) Records system from the Department of the Army to the Defense Management Data Center, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended.
