EPA Proposes Approval of Delaware's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) from the State of Delaware, which addresses the infrastructure requirements for the 2010 sulfur dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
