EPA Approves Delaware's Air Quality Implementation Plan
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Delaware, which addresses the necessary infrastructure elements to implement the 2010 nitrogen dioxide national ambient air quality standard.
