Department of Veterans Affairs Amends Veterans Appellate Records System

The Department of Veterans Affairs is updating its Veterans Appellate Records System, a database used for veterans' appeals, in compliance with the Privacy Act of 1974. The changes include revisions to data storage and disposal procedures and the addition of six routine uses for the system.
