EPA Adds Ortho-Nitrotoluene to Toxic Chemical Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has added ortho-nitrotoluene to the list of toxic chemicals subject to reporting under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 and the Pollution Prevention Act of 1990, due to its classification as a human carcinogen by the National Toxicology Program.
