EPA Grants Access to Confidential Business Information to Eastern Research Group and Energy Services, Inc.

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has authorized Eastern Research Group, a contractor based in Chantilly, VA, and its subcontractor Energy Services, Inc., of Tallahassee, FL, to access confidential business information submitted under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
