Open Government: Use of Genetic Information in Documenting and Evaluating Disability

The U.S. government will host an online open government comment forum to discuss the use of genetic information in the disability determination process, open to the public from March 1 to May 31, 2023. The forum is hosted by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, in collaboration with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
