EPA Proposes Approval of New Hampshire's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to New Hampshire's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which establishes transportation conformity criteria and procedures related to interagency consultation and enforcement of transportation-related control measures and mitigation measures, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
