VA Proposes Changes to Loan Guaranty Fee Personnel and Program Participant Records System

The Department of Veterans Affairs is required to notify the public under the Privacy Act of 1974 that it plans to modify its existing system of records, 'Loan Guaranty Fee Personnel and Program Participant Records-VA (17VA26)', as mandated by the Privacy Act of 1974, section 552a(e)(4).
