Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Home Health Prospective Payment System Rate Update for CY 2014, Home Health Quality Reporting Requirements, and Cost Allocation of Home Health Survey Expenses

The final rule updates Home Health Prospective Payment System rates, including episode payment rates, per-visit rates, and non-routine medical supply conversion factor, effective January 1, 2014, as required by the Affordable Care Act. The rule also establishes home health quality reporting requirements for CY 2014 and subsequent years.
