EPA to Remove Vacated PM 2.5 Regulations Following US Court Ruling

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will remove provisions related to particulate matter less than 2.5 micrometers (PM 2.5) from its Prevention of Significant Deterioration regulations, following a US Court of Appeals ruling that granted the EPA's request to vacate and remand certain regulations under the Clean Air Act.
