HUD to Reinstates 5 Points for Occupancy Sub-Indicator in PHAS Capital Fund Program Indicator, Requests Public Comment

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is temporarily reinstating the award of 5 points for the occupancy sub-indicator in the Capital Fund Program Indicator as part of the Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS) Capital Fund Program Indicator, in an effort to alleviate the impact of decreased funding in recent appropriations acts. HUD is now seeking public comment on this scoring adjustment.
