EPA Amends Petroleum Refinery Standards, Removes Definition of Delayed Coking Unit

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a rule to update the Standards of Performance for Petroleum Refineries, removing a redundant definition of a 'delayed coking unit' and clarifying the definition of the term by excluding process piping and associated equipment.
