EPA Proposes Modification to Idaho Small Suction Dredging Permit

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to modify a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit for placer mining operations in Idaho that use small suction dredges, addressing a discrepancy with the total maximum daily load (TMDL) for Mores Creek.
