Farm Credit Administration Amends Regulations for Senior Officer Compensation Disclosures

The Farm Credit Administration has updated its rules to exclude certain employees from senior officer compensation disclosures to shareholders and investors, primarily those with qualified pension plans, unless they would otherwise be considered highly compensated employees.
