NRC Approves Direct Transfer of License for R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has approved the direct transfer of the license for the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, owned by Exelon Generation Company, LLC, to R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, LLC. This transfer is part of a proposed amendment to the plant's operating license.
