Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. Receives Director's Decision from U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regarding James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a director's decision in response to a petition filed by a coalition of environmental groups, including Alliance for Green Economy, Beyond Nuclear, and Union of Concerned Scientists, regarding concerns over the operation of the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, owned by Entergy Nuclear Generation Company and operated by Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.
