Entergy Operations, Inc. Receives NRC Exemption for River Bend Station Unit 3

Entergy Operations, Inc. has received an exemption from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to bypass enhanced Emergency Preparedness (EP) rule requirements in their Combined License application for River Bend Station Unit 3, with the revised application due by the earlier of the NRC's resumption of review or December 31, 2015.
