DOD, GSA, and NASA Propose Amendment to Federal Acquisition Regulation to Define Multiple-Award Contract

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to clarify the definition of multiple-award contracts, which are agreements that allow multiple contractors to compete for work under a single contract.
