Submission for OMB Review: Claims and Appeals Extension Request

The Regulatory Secretariat Division is submitting a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement for claims and appeals, following the publication of a notice in the Federal Register on April 23, 2015.
